We are seeking a strong, technology-focused Scrum Master to support delivery teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role requires hands-on Agile leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to partner closely with engineering and business teams.
Responsibilities- Lead Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros, backlog grooming).
- Partner with technology teams to drive delivery, remove blockers, and improve velocity.
- Manage stakeholders across product, engineering, and business functions.
- Ensure transparency on risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and engineering workflows.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
