• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the company (sales, operations, field, admin, etc.)
• Draft and post job requisitions in ATS/boards
• Review applications, screen candidates (phone / video / in person)
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Prepare, draft, present, and send offer letters / negotiate terms
• Lead onboarding activities for new hires (paperwork, orientation, first days)
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, build pipelines, and improve processes

• Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (end-to-end)
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems / job boards
• Comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously
• Someone who’s proactive, organized, thoughtful — not reactive
• Bonus: experience hiring in construction, trades, or service industries
