Job Title

HGV Technician - Glasgow East

£1,000 signing bonus payable after 6 months service.
Salary up to £42k + overtime.

Rotating shift with an early finish Fridays.

Dayshift:
Mon‑Thur: 07.00 - 15.15
Friday: 07.00 - 13.30

Backshift:
Mon‑Thurs: 13.00 - 21.15
Friday: 12.30 - 19.00

Saturday (overtime): 07.00 - 13.00 (after backshift week)

• Carry out repairs to a high standard according to Volvo procedures, safely and responsibly
• Assist in the fault diagnosis process
• Service Customer Vehicles and complete service sheets
• Road test vehicles when required (if you hold an HGV license)
• Assist with roadside breakdowns
• Process all relevant paperwork relating to jobs accurately
• Ensure all vehicle defects are reported
• Keep all workshop facilities, equipment, and tools clean, tidy and well maintained
• Help us in supporting the development of trainees and apprentices

• Up to 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays & increasing with length of service)
