Responsibilities
- Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, inspections and repairs on HGVs, diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
- Ensuring all work is completed to DVSA standards
- Completing job cards and maintenance records
- Proven experience as an HGV / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- HGV licence an advantage but not essential
