Job Description

Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture, always ensuring compliance and safe working practices.
Drive production plan adherence, implementing recovery actions to consistently meet customer delivery targets.
Monitor and improve performance against key KPIs and PIs, using data to drive corrective actions.
Lead, coach, and develop the production team to maximise engagement, capability, and performance.
Champion continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, efficiency, and waste reduction across the production area.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment is desirable.
Demonstrated experience in building, motivating, and leading high-performing teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
Highly resilient and self-driven, with a proven focus on achieving daily production and performance targets.
Proven track record of driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
Competent IT user with experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to analyse data to support informed decision-making.
