Head of Product Design

I’m partnering with a globally recognised premium consumer brand to hire a Head of Product Design at a really exciting moment for the business.

They’re in the middle of a major brand evolution and building a new mobile-first product experience launching in 2026
. Digital is becoming central to the business, and design will play a huge role in shaping that.

This is a hands-on leadership role - not a “reviewing slides from afar” kind of job.

You’ll lead the design function, own the design system, and be deep in the work yourself
.

You’ll also have one direct report (mid-level product designer) and work closely with product managers, engineers and a highly respected brand/creative team.
