Qualifications
- Hands‑on project experience with Pega Customer Service Framework and Pega CLM/KYC implementations will be added benefit but not must.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and their integration with the Pega Platform.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (v8 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, design patterns, and development tools.
- Proficiency in Pega PRPC, BPM, and CRM platforms.
- Understanding of databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
- Knowledge of web services, REST, and API integrations.
