The Role
NHS Lanarkshire is looking to recruit a Clinical Services Secretary, based within Udston Hospital. The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system

Whatwe ll need you to bring
- RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
- Proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- ECDL or working towards or equivalent
- Previous experience in health or social care setting
- Proficient in audio typing
