Management Information Analyst - FTC at Ogier

There is scope for this role to become permanent at the conclusion of the fixed term.

Operating as part of the Management Information Team within the Finance function, this role has day-to-day responsibility for overseeing the billing procedures and controls for all the Ogier Global entities, ensuring high levels of client service (internal and external) at all times.

• Take ownership of monitoring billing controls and working with the wider business to ensure billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with configuration of Viewpoint and system changes in relation to billing.
• Create new service codes.
• Use forecasted income models to assist the wider MI team with preparation of the annual income budget.
