Senior Estimator - Ground Engineering / Piling (Hybrid - South & Midlands)

A leading UK ground engineering contractor is seeking a Senior Estimator to join its commercial team. This is a hybrid role (1-2 days per week in the office) with locations across the South and Midlands.

As Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of high-value tender opportunities for piling and geotechnical projects. You'll produce accurate cost estimates, review specifications, assess ground conditions, and contribute to risk and value engineering. Experience with rotary piling is highly desirable.

• Prepare detailed estimates for piling, ground improvement, and geotechnical packages
• Develop methodologies and assess risk with technical teams
• Engage with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
• Support bid strategy and commercial positioning

• Proven experience in piling/ground engineering estimating, ideally including rotary piling
• Strong understanding of CFA, rotary bored, secant wall and ground improvement methods
• Commercially astute and detail-oriented
• Experience with complex or high-value tender submissions

• Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office)
