White Label Recruitments currently partnering with a leading engineering manufacturer that supplies engineered wear and refurbishment solutions into heavy process industries.
Their customers operate within environments such as:
- Energy from Waste (EfW)
- Cement & aggregates
- Biomass & power generation
- Glass & metal recycling
- Bulk materials handling and processing plants
They support plant equipment including material handling systems, cyclones, rotary valves, screw conveyors, chutes, ducting and other high-wear components — focusing on improving reliability, reducing downtime and extending component life.
As part of their growth plans, they're looking to appoint a commercially focused individual to help develop relationships across these sectors.
The role would suit someone who:
- Already sells wear / hardfacing / fabrication / fabricated industrial solutions
- Comes from a Maintenance, Engineering or Project background within heavy industrial plant environments and is open to moving into a more commercially driven position.
This is a consultative, solution-led role — working closely with plant teams to identify upgrade, reverse engineering and refurbishment opportunities rather than purely transactional product sales.
