CCG is one of Scotland’s largest privately owned construction and manufacturing groups, and due to long-term partnerships and a growing order book of secured opportunities, our Construction Division is looking for several Trainee Assistant Site Managers to augment our existing site delivery teams.
SALARY: DOE
HOURS: Full time, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm; with additional hours worked as per project demands
LOCATION: Various projects across the Central Belt
STATUS: Permanent
- Assist coordination of sub-contractors & material control to assist the Project Team in ensuring an efficient method of build to the required build quality & programme.
- Assist in scheduling work to be carried out to ensure production targets are achieved & high quality of product is maintained.
- Assist in ensuring work methods are performed correctly.
- Assist with completing relevant documentation on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Assist in ensuring CCG’s Group Health, Safety & Environmental Policy is being adhered to & encouraging safe working practices on site.
- Good leadership qualities
- Self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Trade background desirable but not essential
- Driving License
