Package & Benefits

Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 per annum

Hours:

40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls from clients, accurately record details of requested work and ensure clear communication for follow‑up actions.
  • Log all reactive works on our CAFM System received either by phone or email.
  • Maintain and update call centre/client databases, logs & reports.
  • Assist with general office admin duties.
  • Assist in managing customer feedback and complaints.
Skills & Qualifications Required Knowledge & Understanding
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Strong organisational and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
