Job OverviewAn exciting opportunity to join or further develop your career within the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team, supporting the Multi‑Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) Service. Posts are based at Council Headquarters, Almada Street, Hamilton, ML3 0AA
. You will support colleagues providing frontline service to the community and perform a range of specialist and general clerical tasks, including a specialist minute‑taking service for MAPPA. You will use the ViSOR information system for updating, retrieving, and maintaining electronic records and filing systems. Meetings are principally held via Microsoft Teams, but you will be expected to travel to locations across the Resource, including Clydesdale, Cambuslang, East Kilbride, and Hamilton, to provide support and undertake minutes of meetings.

- Experience in minute taking
- Experience in working with limited supervision
