The Client:

A fantastic Executive Assistant & Office Manager opportunity to join one of the world's leading private multi-asset alternative investment firms. With multiple offices worldwide, their Dublin team (c employees) is close-knit, collaborative and welcoming. They are now looking for an efficient, high-energy EA & Office Manager to join them and play a key role in supporting senior leaders and ensuring smooth office operations.

** Interested applicants will ideally be immediately available, or on 1-2 weeks' notice, in order to join the team in the next few weeks.**

EA & Office Manager Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level EA support to VP, MD, Director and wider team
  • Manage complex diaries, international travel and expenses
  • Deliver seamless day-to-day office management, from guest reception to facilities liaison
  • Coordinate catering, refreshments, printing and postal needs
  • Act as a key contact for the London office and HR team
Required

Skills and Experience:
  • Previous EA/PA experience, preferably within financial or professional services
  • Excellent communication skills and confident presence with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Tech savvy with Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Collaborative team player with positive energy and resilience
Additional Details:
  • Permanent role, ideally starting late Feb / early March
  • Salary c. €55k plus excellent benefits
  • Hybrid - 1-2 days WFH per week. The second day is subject to change each week depending on team workload, for example some weeks may be especially busy so you'd be required to be in 5 days.
