Overview

Job Description
:
The Training Centre Administrator is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training centre. This position involves a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities
:

  • Course Coordination
    :
    Schedule and coordinate training courses, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are prepared in advance.
  • Administration
    :
    Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and reporting. Maintain up-to-date records of all training activities.
  • Customer Service
    :
    Serve as the first point of contact for trainees, answering queries and providing information about courses.
  • Logistics
    :
    Manage the logistics of the training centre, including room bookings, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
  • Communication
    :
    Liaise with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Compliance
    :
    Ensure all training activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications
:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a training or educational setting.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position requires a candidate who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills. They must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
