Your Part in It:Working out of our Hamilto office, we are looking for our next Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting projects to ensure they are planned, executed, and delivered successfully in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Your work will work alongside our rapidly growing Operations team and you will communicate thoroughly with other team members and Traffic Tech personnel. This position is a great opportunity to further your career within the extensive logistics’ field.
PROJECT COORDINATORWhat the Job Entails:Directly interfaced with customers to coordinate project timelines, installation schedules, and service expectationsManaged multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentHandled high volumes of emails and after-hours phone support with strong communication and problem-solving skillsMaintained consistent client updates via Teams chats and professional correspondenceUtilized Excel spreadsheets for tracking project milestones, task assignments, and reportingProven ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines under pressureCreating and maintaining Strong Vendor RelationshipsPreparing required shipping documentationEffective and professional communication with clients and carriersMinor Accounting Functions and data entryWhat We Are Looking For:Previous logistics/transportation and/or project coordinating experience, in a 3PL environment preferredBilingual in English & French considered an assetHigh School DiplomaCustomer service experienceProblem resolution skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills are a mustPossess professional phone mannerismsOutgoing personality; high energy; flexibleGreat attitude and desire to work hard while having funWhat We Offer:Robust industry with training and mentorshipCompensation package that include Medical and Dental benefitsLife Insurance/AD&D InsuranceLong-term disabilityPersonal and Volunteer time offPaid vacation after probationary periodDynamic environment and ‘can-do’ cultureThis is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday
