We are seeking a dedicated Assistant/Apprentice Golf Professional as a key member of the golf operations team and assist the Head Golf Professional in managing all golf and golf-related activities at the facility.

As the Assistant or Apprentice Professional at Century Pines Golf Club, your role will encompass all aspects of the club’s golf operations, along with adherence to the property’s policies and procedures. You will be a leader within our Professional Staff, taking on a variety of challenges across our operations. • Provide outstanding customer service
• Coordinate, train and supervise pro shop and outside services staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
• Assist in coordinating groups, leagues and tournament play as directed by the Head Golf Professional
• Monitor and take action to ensure the best customer experience, including overseeing pace of play, safety, and course conditions
• Become an expert with Lightspeed POS, assist with merchandise sales and inventory control in the golf shop
• Represent the Club in a professional manner at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned, with flexibility across different Kaneff Golf locations

• Golf operations experience is a strong asset
• Member of the PGA of Canada in good standing is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented abilities
• Experience in Golf Genius and Lightspeed POS is a strong asset but not required

• Hourly wage between $21 – $25 (to be negotiated based on credentials and experience)
• Opportunity for lesson revenue at an 80/20 split
