Requirements
:
College or university degree in social work or social service or equivalent work experience and training in a related fieldTwo to four years experience working with newcomersIn-depth knowledge of community resources and the special needs of the refugee and immigrant populationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proven ability to facilitate groupsAbility to design, plan and implement programs, services and response systems to meet the needs of newcomersAbility to effectively deal with crisesAbility to speak and write French and EnglishAbility to work in a multidisciplinary team environmentWillingness to work flexible hours and travel to meet client needsPossess a valid driver's license and have access to a motor vehicle
