Seasonal Crew Leader

We are seeking Seasonal Crew Leader to join our team in Hamilton, for the summer of 2025! As a Crew lead, you will be responsible for leading a crew of painters and skilled laborers to complete home service projects.
  
  This is a full-time, hourly position where you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our company.

Benefits :

• 17.50 to $25 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a crew of technicians and skilled laborers in completing various home service projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate project plans and expectations to crew members and ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards
• Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and ensure quality work
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all company safety procedures
• Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner to address any concerns or questions

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Being coachable & open to constructive feedback to improve performance
• Access to a vehicle & valid drivers license
