As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Schedule
- Full-Time 19:00-07:00 2 Week Continental Rotation (84 hours) Week 1:
Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday Week 2:
Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday

Lead, supervise, and support the mobile security team during assigned shifts

Oversee and coordinate daily mobile and foot patrol operations across multiple sites

Prepare, manage, and maintain patrol schedules to ensure full coverage

Ensure all security personnel follow company policies, site instructions, and remain updated on procedures

Enforce property regulations, city by-laws, and applicable laws while on patrol

Monitor, deter, and respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and compliance

Issue, track, and manage access control cards

Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports

Operate patrol vehicles safely for extended periods while adhering to posted speed limits

Perform additional related duties as required while demonstrating strong leadership, professionalism, and sound decision-making skills

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• 2 number of years of experience in security and team management
• First aid certification mandatory
• Hold a valid security license
