As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Lead, schedule, train, and supervise on-site security staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.

Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, access control, and maintaining a visible security presence.

Respond to and coordinate incidents and emergencies, following established protocols and post orders.

Ensure compliance with security policies, safety standards, and client requirements; update post orders as needed.

Act as a key point of contact for site leadership, staff, and external emergency services.

Complete and review daily activity logs, incident reports, and operational documentation.

Oversee the use and basic maintenance of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• 1 number of years of experience in security and team management
• First aid certification Required
• Hold a valid security license
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency with security technology and basic computer applications.
• Professional, customer-service-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
• Physically capable of performing the duties of the role.
