Business Development Representatives (BDR)

Our client, headquartered in Scarborough
, is expanding their team and is currently looking to hire Business Development Representatives (B2B) to support their operations in Hamilton, Ontario
.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with strong communication and sales skills who enjoy building relationships and developing new business opportunities.

• Job Title: Business Development Representative
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Hamilton, ON (Reporting to HQ in Scarborough)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation

• Base Pay: $20 CAD per hour
• Bonus Opportunities: Additional performance-based bonuses may be available based on the following:
• Individual Performance Achievement – Bonuses awarded based on meeting or exceeding personal sales goals.
• Top Performer Recognition – Additional incentives for top-ranking representatives based on weekly performance.
• Team Performance Bonus – Group bonuses based on collective team achievements and milestones.

Bonus structures and eligibility will be further explained during the onboarding and training process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with prospective restaurant partners within the assigned territory in Hamilton.
• Present the company’s online platform and services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
• Close new business opportunities and onboard new restaurant partners.
• Record visit details, customer feedback, and sales progress using the company’s collaboration platform.
• Plan and manage daily routes and client visits independently.
• Achieve weekly sales activity and performance targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Previous sales or business development experience is required.
• Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or customer service industry is considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Access to a personal vehicle is preferred
, especially for candidates commuting outside Hamilton.

Performance Tracking

• Sales representatives will receive regular performance reports
  , including activity levels, conversion rates, and commission tracking to help monitor progress and improve performance.
