Position: (MAA) Assistant Manager- Sales Support MAA
To Manage Procurement of Rates from Airlines / Agents and co-ordinate with all in concern for RFQ Submission.To procure Rates & accurately submit for Spot shipment Rate Enquiries.To support local call-in customer enquiries and pass on to Sales Team.To create a Customer code and set up credit terms.Managing internal & customer complaint relations to sales.Customer calls to generate sales and sales leads.Support incoming sales leads to generate sales.Close sales enquiries from local and overseas offices.To support assigned sales Personnel in generating quotations into the system for all the business closed.To support closing the other location secured quotations in the system.To Manage presentation materials for Sales Team.To qualify all Sales Leads and market intelligence from Product Managers and promote to Sales Team.Assist the DM in sales procurement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
