We are currently seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Broker

You ll dive into understanding clients  insurance needs, analyze risk, and pursue ambitious sales goals—helping people safeguard their future while driving your own success. Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Answer inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries
  • Develop business and prospect marketing plan to encourage new sales development
  • Develop and market new business ideas while building a database of contacts and networking opportunities
  • Provide potential clients with exceptional service, professional advice and accurate quotes with the market that best suits their needs
  • Respond to company and/or client concerns/inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Network with internal producers to achieve cross-selling goals and build relationships
  • Network in assigned groups and attend events to promote the LIG Brand and products
  • Fully complete all applicable documentation with accuracy at closing
  • Meet or exceed personal insurance production goals as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven Personal Lines sales experience/track record
  • RIBO License
  • Post-secondary education in related field
  • Comfortable with cold outreach via email and telephone (preferred)
  • Creative ability to influence and negotiate
  • Persistent and results oriented
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with ability to set sales & retention goals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of computer skills; experience with Applied Systems (EPIC) and Compu-quote is an asset
