We are currently seeking an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Technical Sales Representative at our Stoney Creek, ON location. In this relationship‑based sales role you will report to the General Manager and help maintain commitments as we expand. You will grow your territory by bringing in new business and developing repeat relationships within existing accounts, consulting with engineers, maintenance, purchasing and others to determine their needs and help clients achieve superior performance.

• Responsible for new business development and maintaining existing territory.
• Prospect for new customers, set appointments, and demonstrate product benefits.
• Develop strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage their business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers and deliver appropriate value proposition.
• Work with management to develop sales strategies and new business prospects.
• Respond to customer product inquiries.
• Engage in direct sales activities.
• Promote existing and new products.
• Anticipate client direction and objectives.
• Manage a robust sales territory.
• Maintain cooperative and productive team relationships.
• Attend training and sales meetings as required.

• Mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial or agricultural sales.
