As a deployed Retail Supervisor you will lead retail operations for Canadian Armed Forces and partner nations overseas, enhancing morale and welfare during deployment. The role demands a positive team‑player who thrives in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments.

• Lead and manage the retail team and day‑to‑day operations
• Enforce health, hygiene, safety and security standards
• Prepare regular cash audits and reconcile deposits
• Authorize refunds, voids and returns, and manage keys, safes and access codes
• Distribute merchandise to outlets and maintain adequate stock levels
• Maintain monthly inventory and manage contracts
• Read and understand financial statements, inventory management and supply chain processes
• Implement and maintain loss‑prevention controls
• Assist with recreational activities and events to support morale

• Canadian citizenship and valid Canadian passport

• Experience in personnel administration
• Experience in cash handling
• Experience in serving menu items
• Experience in organizing functions and events
• Ability to manage admin responsibilities and inventory
