Night Shift Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage the stores night shift operations, including the fresh side, to ensure safety and security.
• Perform key operational duties with your employees including putting up the orders, stocking shelves and building displays.
• Face, merchandise and reorganize displaced items to ensure the store is in customer ready condition.
• Complete night-time temperature and alarm checks.
• Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.
• Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.
• Adhere to all product rotation and cleaning requirements and schedules.
• Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

• A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Available to work overnights during the week and on weekends.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
• Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Food Handlers certificate is a plus.

Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $66,815.20
