Service Dispatcher

We have a future opening for a part-time Service Dispatcher
. In this position you will evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job. Key job tasks include:

• Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
• Manage the whereabouts and needs of technicians in the field.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Record and report the service calls.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.

• Minimum two years experience as a dispatcher
• Experience dispatching in the service industry is preferred
• You are a great communicator and are able to connect and build positive relationships with customers and your team.
• You are detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• You are highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• You have the ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable.
• You demonstrate a positive attitude and are willing to learn and grow.
