As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you champion the customer experience in the wireless department. You help consumers and business customers achieve their working & learning goals by sharing expertise on the latest wireless products, services, and trends. Your role involves ongoing self‑development and collaboration with the store team and other business units.

• Connect, share, and partner with customers, identifying and converting wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
• Help customers exceed their needs, be an expert with our product and services, and follow up to solicit feedback.
• Partner with the store team to build awareness of offers and encourage referrals.
• Achieve personal sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards, including current pricing.
• Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards.
• Stay updated through internal communication channels.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and escalate to management when necessary.

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.
• Customer focus and service orientation.
• Demonstrated strong selling ability.
• Ability to coach others.
• Effective communication across multiple mediums.
• Planning, organizing, and prioritizing efficiently.
• Technology savvy, curious, approachable, passionate, and a problem solver.
