Your RoleAs the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and have a passion for driving strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
Your Responsibilities- You have a passion for driving sales: as an LOD, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. Support Store Leadership in maximizing opportunities to drive KPI results.
- Lead people: motivate and inspire the team through AEO core values. Be a role-model and hold associates accountable to AEO service standards on the Sales floor and in the fitting room.
- Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs; train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
- Teamwork and performance: set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing real-time coaching. motivate and engage by recognizing outstanding performance.
- Visual & operational innovation: execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. Ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
- Integrity and safety: maintain store safety standards, uphold Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO policies and do the right thing always.
