DaSilva Residential is a privately owned property development company delivering high-quality residential projects across Waikato and Auckland. Focusing on smart design and strong fundamentals, they are building developments they are proud to put their name on.

With a strong and growing pipeline, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of sales across their residential developments.

You’ll sell quality developments you can genuinely stand behind in a high-trust, performance-driven environment. This is a rare chance to join a growing developer at the right stage, with no corporate fluff, just well-run projects, clear expectations and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Core responsibilities
  • Managing the full sales journey from first contact through to settlement
  • Selling residential homes off-plan and completed
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with buyers, agents, mortgage brokers and referrers
  • Confidently hosting open homes, private viewings and client meetings
  • Working closely with the team to deliver a seamless buyer experience
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records with disciplined, professional follow-up

  • Exceptional people skills and communication ability - you’re engaging, credible and easy to deal with
  • You have the confidence to build rapport quickly and guide buyers through high-value decisions
  • You’re a professional with a polished presence aligned with a premium brand
  • You take ownership with a self-driven and accountable mindset
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required for open homes
