This is a great opportunity to join a leading property management team in an exciting role where no two days are the same.
About the role
This role is primarily responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties, commercial buildings, and land. You will need a great eye for detail to ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standard and to identify any potential issues.
Evaluating property conditions, you will maintain accurate and detailed inspection reports and provide recommendations for property improvements. With great communication skills, you can easily engage with stakeholders across the business and achieve results within required time frames.
About you
You must be a self-starter who enjoys getting out and about and can work well independently. You’ll be physically fit and able to walk distances to complete land inspections. With a proactive approach and positive attitude, you can identify health and safety concerns and actively seek opportunities to make improvements.
