As a Quality Assurance Technician (QA Tech), you ensure that all products are safe to consume and meets customer specifications.# ##

* Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Timely collection and analysis of production samples and organoleptic evaluation of finished product; verification of proper coding and labeling of finished product
* Coordinate holding of out-of-spec product according to established procedures, document hold and/or Quality Incidents in Non-Conformance data base, and use of computer system for inventory transactions, Quality data entry/analysis, communication via Microsoft Outlook
* Participate in morning taste panel, compliance with all safety policies and good manufacturing practices, and provide input to resolve production issues while maintaining all quality and food safety requirements
* Conduct Sanitation Verification Activities as required (ATP, Micro Swabbing, Visual Verification, Allergen Swabbing)##

* Skills and Experience:

*** University Degree or College Diploma in a Science related field or a combination of education and experience
* Excellent communication skills, dependable, flexible, excellent math skills
* Ability to work all 3 shifts on a rotating basis
* Experience in quality analysis and/or product analysis
* SAP experience
