Job OverviewWest Side Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for skilled, outgoing technicians who want to fully utilize their education and expertise while making meaningful connections with clients and their pets. The position is full‑time, 4‑10‑hour schedule, Monday‑Friday, with no weekend duties.
Location:
Hamilton, OH.
- Provide excellent patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs.
- Ensure efficient exam room workflow and outstanding client communication.
- Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and address client questions with empathy and clarity.
- Collaborate with the team to support the veterinarian’s orders during outpatient visits, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting.
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Ohio.
- Proficiency in radiology, phlebotomy, inpatient care, and client communication & education.
- Compensation: $20‑22 per hour.
- Bonus package: $2,000.
- CE allowance up to $1,000 annually based on tenure.
