A grassroots brewery is seeking a Director of Communications to lead its narrative strategy and oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of communications leadership experience, exceptional writing skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms. Responsibilities include managing a communications team, executing brand campaigns, and ensuring the brand ethos remains authentic and relevant. This role is based in Hamilton, Ontario, with some flexible work requirements.
