CNC Machinist

Are you an experienced custom CNC Machinist looking for an opportunity on a straight day shift in the Hamilton/Stoney Creek area?

Harbinger Network has partnered with a long standing organization looking for up to 3 Machinists to join their team, 2 CNC Mill and 1 CNC Lathe focused machinists.

• working with newer equipment, selecting your own tools
• working within tight tolerances for a variety of industries
• working alongside tenured colleagues
• using materials such as: 4140, Steel Alloys, Brass, 304 Stainless, etc
• working in a custom fabrication environment

• straight day shift (7-3:30)
• overtime paid out after 40 hours worked in a week
• company paid benefits (incredible package)

• ability to earn an additional 6 days of paid time off just by showing up on time!
• ability to take unpaid leaves of absence
• 2 paid sick days annually

• 4+ years of experience working in a custom machining environment setting up and operating your own machines
• ideally, you are a licensed 429A Machinist, but it's not a requirement
• ability to read/interpret blueprints and schematics
• ability to perform G-Code programming from time to time to make adjustments
• ability to work within tight tolerances
• live within a 30 minute commute of Hamilton
