Ready to take on winter with the right equipment? Markstone Landscaping is hiring Sidewalk Operators to keep commercial properties clear, safe, and accessible all season long.

As a Sidewalk Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating a skid steer to clear snow off of Hamilton's sidewalks. This role is hands‑on, outdoors, and ideal for operators who enjoy being out in the elements and take pride in keeping spaces safe.

• Operate sidewalk equipment safely and efficiently during and after snow events.
• Clear designated sidewalks and windrows
• Apply salt or de‑icing materials as needed for safety.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑operation checks on equipment, reporting any issues.
• Work closely with crew leads and other operators to complete jobs on schedule.
• Respond quickly to snow events, which may require early mornings, late evenings, or overnight shifts.
• Follow company safety protocols at all times.

$40/hr

• Previous experience operating small equipment (skid steers, tractors, or similar) strongly preferred, but not required.
