What to expect:

The Business/Systems Analyst role will help bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions through gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements using various methods including development of prototypes. This role will also help keep projects on track through creating project plans, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the final solution meets business requirements. This includes playing a pivotal role in ensuring that our IT systems and software applications meet the evolving needs of our organization.

This position reports directly to the Director, Digital Architecture and Solutions and primarily works remotely from their home office in Canada. CWB has adopted a remote-first working model, where employees will work from their home office, servicing the client within their specified areas either remotely or in person.
