- Lead all aspects of the GL implementation lifecycle: consult to validate functional requirements, design solutions, configure systems, execute testing, deliver training and deploy.
- Apply functional and technical expertise to execute requirements efficiently.
- Partner with client project managers, executives and key stakeholders such as Controllers, Accountants and Financial Officers.
- Consult and advise clients through the implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal partners, external clients and third parties to ensure a successful delivery.
- Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and clients while coaching others to work effectively.
- Implement organizational readiness best practices in preparation for rollout.
- Train client staff so they can perform day‑to‑day activities.
- Identify best practices/lessons learned and document/share internally.
- Complete new release training as needed and be our expert on Dayforce.

- Grow expertise through learning and professional development.
- 2+ years of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience;
Dayforce experience preferred. - Practical knowledge of accounting and payroll, production environment and implementation practices.
- Deep proficiency with XML/XSLT and experience with Data Conversion tools/processes (ETLV).
- High level of proficiency creating HR, Payroll, Benefits 834 or Cobra files using XML/XSLT methodology.
- Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices.
- Relationship management and consulting acumen.
- Certifications in Ceridian Integration and Ceridian Data Conversion are an asset.
- Understanding & developing relational databases & SQL is an asset.
- Self‑motivated, articulate & able to engage audiences.
Compensation range: $84,000 to $128,000.
