Medical Gas Pipe Fitter​/Medical Gas Installer

We are seeking a qualified Medical Gas Pipe Fitter to install and modify medical oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and CO₂ piping systems for healthcare and fertility clinic applications. The successful candidate must be experienced with medical gas pipeline systems and fully compliant with CSA Z7396 standards
.

• Install medical gas piping systems (Oxygen, CO₂, Liquid Nitrogen, Medical Air, Vacuum where applicable)
• Work with copper tubing (Type K/L), brazing using medical gas–approved procedures
• Ensure systems meet CSA Z7396 requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and medical gas verifiers
• Perform pressure testing, purging, and preparation for system verification
• Follow all site safety and infection control protocols
• Read and interpret medical gas drawings and schematics
• Prepare BOM and proposals.

• Certified Medical Gas Installer (CSA Z7396 compliant)
• Proven experience installing medical gas pipeline systems
• Valid medical gas brazing certification
• Strong knowledge of medical gas safety practices
• Ability to work independently and meet project timelines
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

• Experience working in hospitals, fertility clinics, or laboratories
• Familiarity with the medical gas verification process
• Ontario trade certification (Pipefitter / Steamfitter)
• TSSA experience is an asset.
