Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Agent based in Hamilton, ON, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. The Mortgage Agent will assist clients with their mortgage needs by analyzing financial information, providing tailored loan options, and guiding them through the mortgage application process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, staying up to date on industry trends and regulations, and supporting marketing and lead generation efforts to expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgages and Mortgage Lending
• Expertise in Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Marketing tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining client relationships and collaborating with the team
• Ability to stay current with industry regulations, market trends, and financial products
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• A valid Ontario Mortgage Agent License is required
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset
