What you can expect to do here:

Drive the technical delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects from concept through construction, ensuring seamless execution and commissioning.

Lead and unify multi-disciplinary teams—spanning process, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and architectural expertise to produce innovative, integrated designs.

Champion quality and accuracy in all design deliverables, including drawings, calculations, reports, and cost estimates, setting a high standard for project excellence.

Proactively manage schedules, technical scopes, and quality control, consistently meeting or exceeding client and internal expectations.

Act as the key technical liaison for clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders, fostering trust and ensuring alignment from project initiation to completion.

Mentor and empower intermediate and junior team members, cultivating deep technical expertise and fostering professional growth within the team.

Collaborate closely with project managers to drive successful project outcomes, optimizing budgets, timelines, and client communications.

What you’ll bring to WSP:

Meeting with clients on a regular basis when required at site

Hold an accredited engineering degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical disciplines, providing a strong technical foundation for municipal infrastructure projects.

Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) and licensed to practise in Canada

Bring 7–12 years of specialized experience in civil, process and/or mechnical design and successful delivery of municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities.
