Customer Service Advisor – Hamilton – Full Time – Automotive

Join us at Ebbett Volkswagen & Škoda in Te Rapa. We are looking for a customer‑focused individual to join our service centre as a Service Advisor.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our valued customers and our busy on‑site workshop – helping to ensure every visit runs smoothly and professionally.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering queries and providing service information.
• Coordinate with workshop staff to schedule, track and communicate service progress.
• Assist with vehicle diagnostics, repairs and maintenance recommendations.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.

• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Good time‑management and multitasking skills.
• High personal presentation and positivity.
• Passion for cars & technology.
• Good numerical and reasoning skills.
• Current full driver’s licence.

• Full‑time permanent position (Monday‑Friday 42.5 hours, rostered Saturdays about 1 in
  4).
