Based in Hamilton, ON, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful coordination and execution of freight movements across North America and globally, according to our customers’ needs. You will support our Operations team and communicate effectively with team members and Traffic Tech personnel. This position offers a great opportunity to enter the extensive logistics field.

• Creating and maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Negotiating with shippers and carriers
• Booking shipments and tracking deliveries
• Preparing shipping documentation
• Communicating professionally with clients and carriers
• Performing minor accounting functions and data entry

• Customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (great for recent graduates)
• Fluency in written and verbal French and English
• Well-organized, self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Professional phone mannerisms
• Outgoing, energetic, flexible personality
• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard and have fun

This is a full-time, permanent position from Monday to Friday.
