Key

Responsibilities
  • Welcome passengers on board and assist them with seating arrangements.

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures.

  • Provide exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals and beverages.

  • Address passenger needs, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the flight.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to in-flight emergencies or medical situations.

  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked.

  • Collaborate with the flight deck crew to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as French is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making under pressure.

  • Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with airline policies.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Experience
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline cabin crew is an added advantage.

Working Hours
  • Flexible working hours based on flight schedules.

  • Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and overnight stays.
