COACH Firms (hybrid with local business engagement).

You’ll coach entrepreneurs and leadership teams to install systems that turn owner-dependent businesses into Commercial, Profitable Enterprises That Work Without the Owner. You’ll deliver 1:1 coaching, facilitate workshops, and build a pipeline through relationships, results, and community presence.

• Deliver structured 1:1 coaching using Action
  
  COACH frameworks across marketing, sales, operations, people, and finance
• Set clear goals, action plans, KPIs, and accountability rhythms that drive measurable outcomes
• Facilitate workshops/masterclasses that build community, generate leads, and drive execution
• Build trust quickly with business owners and executives through clarity, candor, and follow-through
• Operate like a professional services leader: manage your schedule, track progress, and run a consistent client experience
• Build your pipeline through referrals, networking, events, and local partnerships (with Firm support)

• Confident communicator with business owners and executives
• Able to challenge respectfully, create clear action plans, and drive follow-through
• Strong facilitation presence (1:1 and groups)
• Commercial mindset: comfortable with sales conversations and pricing/value discussions
• Structured, consistent, and execution-focused
• Self-starter with a high standard of performance

• 3–5+ years serving business owners in a professional capacity (consulting, accounting, marketing, HR, IT, operations, brokerage, leadership, or similar)
• Comfort with business development activity (outreach, referrals, events, relationship building)
• Ability to work independently, manage weekly targets, and consistently execute
• Coachability: willingness to follow a proven system and improve fast

• Your compensation is directly tied to your ability to build relationships, enroll clients, and deliver outcomes through coaching services
