Responsibilities:

  • Chemical and mechanical entry and updates
  • Update monthly cost changes
  • Assist with outside processor monthly inventory reconciliation
  • Daily update tags with the country of melt
  • Closing received Purchase Orders
  • Reviewing Order Acknowledgements
  • Generating daily or weekly mill pick up lists
  • Assisting in part registrations
  • NCR and Negative sales orders/invoice only orders
  • Assisting with generating mill requisitions
  • Filing and Online Scanning of Purchase Orders
  • Other administration duties as assigned for the Automotive Purchasing, Sales and Technical Services teams

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and currently enrolled in post-secondary education.

    • *** This is a full-time summer contract position running from May 4 - August 31. The base pay for this position is $18.00/hour.
