Claim Lodgment Administrator

A busy Hamilton-based team is looking for aClaims Lodgement Administrator to jump in and support the claims intake/lodgementfunction. This is a6-week temporary assignment for someone who’s fast, accurate, and comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment.

• Location:Hamilton
• Hours:Monday to Friday,8:30am – 5:00pm

• Lodging new claims and supporting documents into the claims system
• Checking information is complete and correctly categorised before processing
• Indexing/attaching documentation to the right records and maintaining clean audit trails
• Managing a workflow/queue and working to daily turnaround expectations
• Flagging exceptions or missing information and following the correct process to resolve
• Supporting the wider team with general administration as required

• Strong administration experience (high volume, deadline-driven)
• Fast and accurate data entrywith excellent attention to detail
• Confidence juggling multiple systems/screens and actioning shared inboxes/queues
• Clear written communication and a process-focused mindset
• Able to start quickly and commit to the full 6-week assignment

• Experience in insurance claims, banking operations, or similar regulated environments
• Exposure to claims or document management systems
