A community-based non-profit organization in Hamden, CT is seeking a Youth Mentor to provide supervision and care in a secure residential treatment program for male youth. The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree or higher and experience with at-risk adolescents. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, utilizing de-escalation techniques, and facilitating therapeutic programming. The role requires evening shifts, and bilingual abilities in Spanish/English are preferred.

Competitive hourly pay of $25.85.
